Terms of Use

LexCompliance is a whistleblowing SaaS channel that enables organizations to receive, manage and investigate labor and compliance reports in accordance with applicable Chilean legislation.

• Trial: 10 free days with all Professional plan features. No credit card required.
• Activation: when the trial expires, the account moves to SUSPENDED. To continue, you must subscribe to a plan.
• Billing: monthly or annually. Current prices at /pricing.
• Plan changes: effective immediately.

• If payment fails, the account moves to PAST_DUE with a 7-day grace period during which the service remains operational.
• After the grace period without payment, write functions are suspended.
• Karin Law exception: active investigations under Chilean Labor Law always remain operational regardless of payment status.

• You can cancel the service at any time from your administration panel.
• Upon cancellation, your data is anonymized per applicable law. Karin investigations are retained for 5 years as required by law.
• You have the right to export your data before deletion.

LexCompliance and all its components are the property of ForensicCorp SpA. The data you enter is your property. ForensicCorp does not claim rights over the content of your reports.

ForensicCorp SpA is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute is subject to the ordinary courts of justice based in Santiago, Chile.
